After retiring in 1988, he opened the store full-time. Turning his life long passion into his livelihood. Tom Leaird's Underwater Service is also home to the World Headquarters of SEI (Scuba Educators International), a certifying agency that Tom began. More recently, Tom has purchased PDIC, in addition. SEI and PDIC have instructors in 24 countries and more than 35 states in the USA. Here at Underwater Service, we strive to provide excellent service as well as the education you need to become and excellent diver.
